Wed, Dec 11: Arrival Day & Leisure On day one, you are free do whatever you like- settle in to your room, relax, or explore- until the Mastermind Dinner. After that, there is an optional night out!
Transfer from the airport to the hotel and begin your journey.
Spend the afternoon at your leisure—relax at the hotel, explore iconic nearby attractions like Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Beach, or take part in optional excursions.
Join the group for a signature welcome dinner, designed to foster connection, exchange ideas, and kick off the experience in style.
Desert Safari
Thur, Dec 12: Desert Safari Adventure
Start your day with a relaxing breakfast at the hotel or a nearby café.
Enjoy the morning at your own pace—visit Dubai Marina, lounge at the beach, or explore nearby attractions.
Head out on an unforgettable desert adventure with dune bashing, camel rides, sandboarding, and a traditional dinner under the stars.

JetQuest is a group travel club that takes care of all the planning, before and during your trip, so you can focus on the experience. We handle the itinerary, accommodations, activities, and logistics, and every trip includes a dedicated JetQuest host to guide the group and keep everything running smoothly.
What really sets us apart is the community. We bring together like-minded travelers who want more than just a vacation. You arrive as strangers, but you leave as family bonded through a once in a lifetime experience.

Are Flights Included In Group Trips?
Flights are not included because we have travelers headed to the destination from all across the globe. In the future, however, including flights in our pricing could be something that we could offer.
What Is The Cancellation/Refund policy?
To request a cancellation/refund, please visit our cancellation/refund policy at the bottom of the page and fill out the request form.
Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Credit: Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip are eligible to receive 50% of the amount paid (excluding initial down payments on payment plans, which are non-refundable). This credit can be applied toward any future trip within 1 year.
No Refund or Credit: Cancellations made within 90 days of the trip start date are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Your reservation is not transferable.
Why Refunds Are Limited
To secure the best rates and ensure a seamless experience, we immediately use funds to book accommodations and other trip essentials, most of which are non-refundable. Because of this, we are unable to offer flexible refunds outside the terms above.
Can I Come Alone, Or Do I Need To Bring Someone?
Absolutely, come solo or with a friend! Many JetQuest travelers join on their own and quickly find community within the group. If you’d rather share a room to keep costs down, just let us know and we’ll pair you with another guest who’s a good match. Prefer more privacy? You can always upgrade to a private room. Either way, you’ll be fully included in all activities and surrounded by like‑minded adventurers from day one.
Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
The nearest airport is Dubai International Airport (DXB).
Another convenient choice is Zayed International Airport (AUH), located approximately
55 minutes by car from the villas. We strongly suggest arriving either on the morning of
your start date or the day prior, to ensure you don’t miss the welcome event.
